Jason was a child with cerebral palsy. He passed away at age 15, weighing only 37 pounds. His mother told us, "Jason never walked or talked and was unable to do ordinary things for himself, but he hardly ever cried or was fussy. He only returned love and was full of smiles and happiness; he was happy to be alive"._

Cerebral palsy is a medical condition that affects one's control of his or her muscles. It has many forms and a variety of causes. Today, research continues to look for interventions and cures for this disorder.
